I'm half way through my first GCSE year and my predicted grade for English Language is an A. Speaking and listening tasks have all been Bs and my coursework grade wasn't overly impressive either. I have been getting As in all my essays but I want to start aiming for A*s so that my overall English grade doesn't suffer too much from the course work and speaking and listening tasks. Any tips, advice, anything I could include in my essays or in general? I could even send someone an essay if you are willing to critique it and advise me on the stuff I should include?
