Out of chlorobenzene and benzyl chloride which one gets easily hydrolysed by aq NaOH

It is benzyl chloride, as the electrons of chlorine in chlorobenzene are in resonance with the ring, so partial double bond character is developed which makes it difficult to break, whereas this does not happen in benzyl chloride.
