Need help with calculating overall grade percentage for my UG studies

I recently graduated with a 2:1 degree, but it does not say what is the percentage that I gained.
Can someone help me calculate the overall grade percentage given that each year weighted differently?

Ask the uni for a transcript and that will break down the grade by module. You should get that anyway with your degree.
