Third floor flat - end of building.
TV, Internet, all bills included.
Double wardrobe, fridge/freezer, microwave, cooker.
**Couples welcome as double room, and no extra to the price**
**No specific tenant required.**
Plenty of storage space, long desk and place to eat.
Based in The Shield - which includes gym, cinema/games room, study rooms and puts on events every week.
Tenancy starts September.
