I'm currently in year 12 doing A-Level in: Business, Media Studies and English Language and plan on going to Uni. But I'm torn between studying either Marketing or Film Production. Just wondering if anyone could lend some advice.

My advice is simply do whichever course you think you will enjoy the most if you don’t know what job you want to do. If you want to be a film producer, it’s obvious. If you want to work in marketing, then it’s also obvious. But if you really do not know what you want to do after, just go with whatever you enjoy the most and can see yourself doing.
