Why are some kindles cheaper than others

There are some for £200 but then some for around £60 - what qualities are different?

Kindle: basic model, no backlight, WiFi only. Comes with either "special offers", aka ads on the homescreen, or ad free for £10 more.
Paperwhite: Higher resolution display, backlight, comes in either WiFi or 3G models. Also available with ads or ad free.
Voyage: Basically a better built of the Paperwhite: better materials, a glass display cover, lighter, adaptive front light, pressure-sensing bezels for turning pages.
Oasis: Larger and higher resolution display, waterproof, different shape with better weight distribution, supports magnetic cases.
