    i have an exam tomorrow which is in the morning for 2 hrs 15min, dont want my belly to start rumbling 15 mins into the exam.

    any food suggestions which i could eat

    porridge oats, sweet potato, anything really starchy works wonders. mainly just eat a lot of it.
