Hi at school are form have to do an assembly tomorrow and I'm terrified about it, it's in front of about 150 other people in our year group, has anyone got any advice about it. The last two years I've skipped because the other year I felt my heart beating really bad and I was shaking and couldn't breathe, so if any one had advice it's really appreciated?
    Thank you so much

If it makes you that anxious you should definitely tell your form tutor about it, but from my experience with these kind of things, they usually think you can just brush it off or some kind of BS. Anxiety isn't something you can get over overnight so i don't really have much advice for you on that, but if you absolutely have to do it, just try to think of how insignificant it will be compared to the rest of your life, and how in a few minutes it will be over and done with. ^_^
