Who watched playdays?

I used to love that show, it was so much better than the crap they make kids watch nowadays!

My fave was either peggy patch or owl (was that her name?)

I used to watch it and adore it! I loved the Tent stop on fridays. That was the best. Does anybody else remember the creepy black doll who used to climb up the climbing frame and sing...think she was called Lizzie... she was terrifying! Anyone remember that?!

Do you mean Why Bird? Not sure if that's how it's spelled...
I watched it too and I agree whole-heartedly - bring back Playdays and make more shows like it!

Y bird rocked!

That little puppet thing with the black hair was ok. And the funfair thing. "Roll up and ride on rosie..we'll take you around and around"! I liked Lizzie but she was a bit weird.

I think the Dot stop (?) was my fave... they stopped it after a while I think :frown:

I used to watch Playdays! Though I used to hate it - but strangely enough I just kept on watching it!
I liked Tots TV too - the one with the little french girl. :biggrin:

I absolutely loved playdays.
My mum used to tape it for me somedays when i stayed back after school.
I've still sot some of the tapes.

Yeah thats it why bird! She was the best! And Lizzie was the scariest thing I ever saw on childrens TV!

Tots TV rocked to, the one with the red, blue and green haired rag doll.
