I meant is there any other subjects I could possibly take apart from the ones I've taken at GCSE because some sixth forms offer courses which weren't taught at GCSE.

You can take all the ones you've taken for GCSE + the ones that are new (not in GCSE) eg. Government and politics and sometimes, you can take subjects that are in GCSE that you didnt take for GCSE eg. Computer Science

But it depends on your sixth form, for some essay based subjects you may need for example atleast a B in english langguage or literature

Look at the list of subjects offered at each sixth form/college you're thinking of applying to and pick the ones that appeal to you.
So far from your GCSEs you could study any of them at A level. You probably wouldn't be able to pick up a language and some sixth forms state that you need GCSE geog for A level geog. However I'm assuming those A level subjects wouldn't be much interest to you anyway if you didn't pick them at GCSE.
But apart from that you can do anything from economics to philosophy.

Depends where you go to Sixth Form, although you can usually pick whatever subjects you want.
