    Anyone else feel shattered during the day and unable to get up on time at all so you're always late to six from whole at the same time unable to sleep before 12? Or even sleep after?

    If you sleep too long then you’ll start a new sleep cycle and when you wake up from this you will be tired all day but you need to find the right amount of time for yourself. Don’t go on a phone or watch tv for 15 mins before bed and just read a book or lie there and you should be able to fall asleep easier
