NI number

When you don't know your CRN, is it usual for the advisors to ask for your NI number amongst other things to verify your identity? I was just on the phone to SFE because their website is broken and they asked for my NI number.

Hi AriSP,

If you do not remember your customer reference number CRN, we can always locate your account quickly using your NI Number if you have provided one, as it is unique to you.
