Which isn't a helpful trait at university (any university). And certainly isn't helpful when you are fast-tracking a Access course.

Yeah I know but fast tracking is good and easy for me.

Yep, fixed fee. It's less common but also definitely "happening" to have fees ad valorem, based on the percentage of the overall claim amount. Similar to CFA, but it's guaranteed. This is more the case in international commercial arbitration, though.
