Hi guys just wondered if anyone has any pictures of the Premium+ ensuite rooms at JoFo?? Would be really grateful if you'd pst any you have on here Thanks x
True They are some of the many advantages of Nixon... aaw I love it really. I've read a lot of stick but it sounds right up my street. A 5/10 minute walk from the Uni is one of the reasons I chose it as well, because me, buses, and early mornings is too much like my current working life!
Hello, so i've just paid my key deposit and was wondering if there were anymore deposits in which i needed to pay for. I had heard somewhere that there is another £250 deposit for my room, is this true?
My mistake, it was private acco, Opal Court, was fully ensuite and just too much, plus from earlier replies I'd heard it was effectively a DMU place with a small amount of UOL students.
Heh...turned down a £4200 offer for halls as it was too expensive, and am now in a catered twin room.
Try private if you're not happy? There will be lots of people with rooms to fill in reasonably decent houses.

Opal's not for DMU students; the Leicester Uni leases most of it and the rest is private lettings. It's where I'm going this yr (less than 2 weeks!) and fabulous but admittedly, ridiculously expensive!! xxx

Either way; it was £4200, which was well out of my price range considering it's another £700 a year ontop of my budget.
I might regret not taking that option now, but perhaps twin won't be too poor, and apparently transfers are 1-6 weeks due to noshows and people dropping out.
EDIT: Plus - my mistake, this forgetfulness/carelessness is probably the reason my accom has gone a little tits up It was The Grange, not Opal, they originally had offered me.
