Yh im in yr10 and am studying:
Crime and punishment 1000c- present
Weimar and Nazi Germany
The Cold war and Vietnam
Elizabethan England

But.... I HAVE NO IDEAS HOW TO MAKE REVISION NOTES!!!
Any suggestions will be really appreciated, as i want to get most of my resources ready for yr11 revision.

Revision notes are just condensed notes. Read your textbook or notes and then decide which are the important bits and key facts or ideas. You are attempting to make a version that is 15-25% the length of your original notes so it is pure knowledge and easier to read through.

With history that might be key dates- timeline- events- cause and effect- reasons and motivations of people. You can also get revision notes to give you an idea. Mind maps and timelines are good ways to assemble ideas for History.
