I took EPQ in year 9, should I take it in college too?

When I was in year 9 I took the extended project qualification (Level 2) and I got a C. I enjoyed it but I really regret what I chose to do my project on and was not happy with my final artefact (Found footage film).
Should I take the level 3 one in college and do it on something I like, or will I be overloading myself? I'm already thinking of doing 4 subjects (Only 1 a-level however) so would they still let me?
I'm thinking of taking Applied Science (L3 subsidiary) Criminology (L3) Art and Design (Photography, L2) and Psychology A-Level

The Level 3 EPQ is worth UCAS points and doesn't take that long if you're focussed and know what you're doing = and having done an HPQ should make it a bit easier.
