But he doesn't make any moves towards me? As if I'm something fragile and he's trying to play its safe?
I hate this, I don't get treated more than a friend because he's so shy to talk to me. I try to talk to him but it tends to waver, and walks off.
Are any other guys like this? If they're too shy or they think it's risky to make a move on a girl 'they like' what would they want THEIR crush to do.
What do I do? I really like him, but it's definitely not working at this point.

Get his number or write letters to him, it's obvious he doesn't like verbal communication, soooo use non verbal communication, hope that helps

Talk to him and tell him how you feel. I’m shy myself and need a bit of a push to come out of my shell. Does he know that you like him?
