Do A levels matter after university

I have an unconditional for my top choice university Aberystwyth, I feel i end up doing bad in my a levels but do well in my degree will employers be bothered about my a levels or will it not be an issue ?

Yes - many graduate schemes/internships require A Levels of at least a decent grade level ie BBC-BBB

Many grad schemes state requiree a level grades (plus GCSE maths and English). To be fair this seems to be reducing and somewhat replaced with aptitude tests.

For professional / graduate type careers you often see phrases in job ads like (strong academic background required) - that pretty much means they look at A levels and degree.
Yes if you intend to do a graduate scheme or enrol on GEM (graduate entry medicine)
