EU undergraduate student confusion Watch

I'm an EU student and I would like to get at least a tuition fee loan as undergraduate for 2018-2019. Basically I have a couple of problems:
-First of all I have applied in universities all over the UK with the firm and insurance choices I'm planning to make being in Scotland and Northern Ireland. Do can I send an application for both and then cancel the one (if the accept me for both of course)?
-Secondly I have received 4/5 conditional admissions and still waiting on the 5th one. Can I send the applications before making my firm and insurance choice?
-Also, does anyone know when applications for Scotland open? My friend who's studying there since last year had already sent hers by this time last year and I'm worrying that they won't open this year with the whole Brexit deal.
-Lastly, I'm so confused as to which forms I have to fill in as there are so many different ones.

Please help a profoundly confused mate!
