Name confusion with exam certificates

I've only just realised that my name on my GCSE certificates and my A-level certificates will be inconsistent as my GCSE's have 'first name-middle name-surname' while my A-level will have written 'first name-2nd first name- surname'.

Should I be worried that it doesn't match entirely? Will this affect future application at all? Lowkey stressin..

This is the same with me but the difference is that they spelt my surname with a 'h', but it has no 'h' in it, but the rest of the certificates are fine
