I had the flu for a few weeks and recently I breathed in too much cold air. For 4 days I struggled to swallow and was unable to eat. I went to various doctors and had to go to A&E who helped get the air out. I was ok the first 2 days but the last 2 days I am subconsciously feeling anxious like my tongue is choking. I am ok when I am keeping busy or eating. Would the trauma have caused subconscious panic attacks? I am worried cos I wake up panicking. I am ok after herbal drinks. Anyone have any tips as I need to relax?

nope. panic attack just means a shortness of breath mixed in by overthinking that creates anxiety.

If you feel like you are going to have a "panic attack". Close your eyes, breath deeply and count till 10.
