Could you set up your own little business, especially with prom season coming up the market is definitely there.

If you have qualifications or relevant experience, keep your eyes out on indeed and in local newspapers for adverts.

If you're a student just starting out, you might find it tough to get in without any qualifications. Setting up on your own might be the only way forward in this case.

Depending on your age, have you considered an apprenticeship?

most places dont take people on until they are 16.
Plus seeing as you dont have any qualifications in anything hair or beauty related that makes it harder.
Maybe sweeping up in a hairdressers or something? Ask around your local hairdressers.

I've grown up around hair dresses so I am quite good at hair. I can braid and all sorts its just finding a placement as soon as possible before I move back to Wales.
