I really need some advice.

I have met a girl and it is going great, really great. She has indicated to me on many occasions that she is keen to have sex which I am very pleased about obviously as I am very fond of her and find her very attractive.

I have struggled for a while now to become erect in the same way I used to when I was a bit younger and have had an experience in bed with a girl before where I struggled a lot to get it up and fear that this will go the exact same way.

I think this is to do with my extensive use of porn which has desensitised me to actual girls! I know that if I abstain from PMO (Porn, Masturbation and Orgasm) that it will likely help but I don't think I have that much time? Has anyone else suffered from this? Is there a fix? I get the impression she wants sex sooner rather than later and the thought of not performing again is absolutely horrible. Would viagra work on a one off basis?

Thank you and open to any help!!

May be some reasons that causes of your ED like psychological factors as stress, anxiety, depression or some others like smoking, taking alcohol and drugs which leads to hypo active desire. Just try to know the cause of yours and then decide what to do. In case of Erectile Dysfunction problem, there are lots of medication that available online at reasonable rates. Among these Sildenafil Citrate 100mg is one of them which helps to increase the blood flow towards the organ and maintain an erection. So try this, hope it will work for you.

Men presenting with symptoms of ED should undergo a thorough medical, sexual, and psychosocial history; a physical examination; and selective laboratory testing. For some men with ED, specialized testing and evaluation may be necessary to guide treatment.
Although the principles underlying the treatment of ED are the same for all men - restoring or enhancing sexual function, improving overall physical health, and optimizing QoL and well-being for a man and his partner - every man who presents with ED is unique.

If you think you have Erectile Dysfunction, a good first step is to talk with your doctor. The treatment you need – ranging from lifestyle changes to medication to surgery - will depend on what’s causing it there are some medicines for Sexual Health treatment out there with good medicine reviews.

First thing you should find out the actual cause for your erection issues because the treatment depends on the cause. It can be due to physical or psychological causes such anxiety, depression, etc. Talk to your doctor and take advice on whatever happened to you. Also you can try Generic Viagra medication for your erection problems.
