If you haven't heard of Fela Kuti then check him out (imagine a Nigerian jazz version of James Brown).

The Neighbourhood
Panic! At The Disco
Fall Out Boy
Krewella
Yellow Claw

That's just my personal top 5 (not in any specific order) The Neighbourhood is a bit hit and miss (some of it's amazing and some of it's okay), Panic!'s stuff is brilliant (all of their albums have at least two songs I want to play at my funeral), Fall Out Boy have my two favourite albums of all time under their name (Save Rock and Roll, Mania), Krewella and Yellow Claw have typical nightclub stuff with some serious power anthems inbetween (Superstar by Krewella and Shotgun by Yellow Claw are good starting points).

Bicep are good if you like electronic music with plenty of 90s influence.
