I graduated with a 2.1 law degree last December and I’m have an absolute nightmare getting a tidy job, which I feel my degree warrants. I’m in my mid 30’s and have good work experience, which includes the military and rail sectors.
I don’t fancy the usual route of solicitor. Any advice, would be great.
Cheers.

Don't want to go down the legal route and being a para legal at my age isn't really a great career move.

What do you want to do? Are you interested in a particular sector or industry?

Well I applied for the Network rail and colas rail grad schemes, but didn’t get anywhere. Starting to feel my age is against me in terms of grad schemes. I’m not really sure what route to go down. Working 60 hour weeks doing security at the moment and it’s mind numbing, and a total waste of my skills, I feel. Thank you both for your replies too.
