It sounds like you’re already making progress. You said your main goal is fat loss, so that will ultimately come down to cardio and predominantly diet. Diet is the most important thing. Don’t try to cut out fats because those are key in terms diet. The main thing to cut out is starchy/basic carbs (so pasta, white rice, bread), sugars (chocolate etc) and alcohol (one pint=8 slices of bread or something close to that)...foods like steamed veg, Brown or wild rice, couscous, quinoa, sweet potato, and lean meats (chicken, fish) are generally good....you can find out loads online.....in terms of the training it sounds like you’re doing a good rounded workout. It varies depending on goals. The HIIT workout is one of the most productive things, but it’s all about intensity. Try to work to failure If possible at each interval of the HIIT circuit. And one of the best exercises to put in is burpees, which have one of the highest calorie burning rates. Sounds like you’ve got a good plan and just understand that progress is gradual, but as you said you’re already beginning to see it.
Best of luck!
