regular McDonald's order?

what do you usually get from McDonald's, I usually get BBQ chicken legend but not feeling it today so I need suggestions

big mac coke and large chips with a free oreos mcflurry :wink:
or 20 nuggets chips and a drink
6 cheeseburgers and fries.
20 nuggets if i'm starving

but normally i would get just a mchicken
Chicken nuggets and fries with either a mcflurry or a strawberry milkshake
Or a BBQ chicken legend (which isn't that helpful as it's exactly won't you don't want)
1 cheeseburger, 9 chicken nuggets, regular fries, sweet chili sauce, apple pie
A bowel movement as thats the only consistent thing I get from McDonalds!

Cheese burgers (x3) and a large chicken select meal.
update: I went for a cheeseburger but they gave me a big Mac instead :/ but I saved like £2 so and mozzarella dippers

Milkshake and mcflurry.
6 chicken nuggets, fries and a strawberry milkshake. Sometimes if we've had a long day my dad will get us a Dairy Milk mcflurry.
McChicken / Chicken Legend with Fanta (no ice)

The chicken legend can be a bit chunky depending on the bit you get, but it feels more like a meal than a McChicken.
Mcchicken sandwich meal with Coke 👌🏼
I don't eat from McDonalds anymore, now that I'm old enough to afford proper food
