hi I'm starting my report on the functions of management in one aspect of a company.

I have to find out what the status Quo is currently within the company.

I contacted the company I intended to do the report on and they said their policy is not to comment.

how could I find out the status quo of a company just from information available in the public domain?
Thanks

Not sure it's readily available but you could find some sort of 'proxy' information through

www.glassdoord.com if they are large enough to have had staff reviews

Or you could reach out to employees on LinkedIn and ask them for their personal thoughts on the situation to support you. Most people will be more than happy to give a few minutes of their time to support someone who's genuinely curious and wanting to learn.

Let me know how it goes
