Hello, I am currently in year 11, and I have had my mock results back. Everything was really really pleasing except my maths result, and I have always struggled with maths so now I'm panicking as I haven't got much time to sort this.

any suggestions of ways to revise? web links and things? I've done past papers, I feel like I've tried everything!

exam board: Edexcel

thanks in advance!

Hi, I really struggle with maths as well. I have found that YouTube has really helped me for maths. There are some really good channels that explain pretty much every topic and show you how to answer the exam questions, I use Wrightmaths and Corbettmaths:

Hope this helps you

I got a 9 last year and what I did was answer past paper questions then checked to see what I got wrong then go over those topics and repeat until I understood everything well enough. This helps to stop you focusing too much on what you already know.

If you have any questions or topics that you struggle with, I would be happy to help.

I've only recently become very interested in maths so It took me a while to catch up.

I recommend using:

Mathswatch VLE
Mathsgenie
CorbettMaths

And the Revision Guide workbooks but I personally don't like using them.
