i really like this boy and the only way we can communicate is through text but he never texts me which annoys me should i tell him
No, unfortunately it is probably one of those things where this just isn't going to work out. If you are only available to each other through texting that will be very difficult to build a relationship on and if he already isn't replying he either doesn't want to get started in something that really doesn't have a chance or he's just (sorry to say) not too interested. If he were keen you'd be hearing from him but that doesn't mean someone else won't be. Don't take it personally - easy to say, I know.
