Hi

I just want to know that can we write phrases or bullet points in answers rather than a complete sentence in biology and chemistry
for example
Q: compare and contrast the limitation of optical microscope and transmission

optical microscope has a low resolution as compared to TEM as light has a short wavelength while TEM use electron beam which has a long wavelength

optical microscope-->use light ---> short wave length-->poor resolution
TEm--> use beam of light ---long wavelength --> greater resolution

Technically yes as if you write what's on the mark scheme you get the marks. However you don't want to get a tired/angry/bored examiner and have them nitpick and penalise you for not writing the answer as a continuous sentence so it's probably better to write it as a sentence, or just use commas so it looks like a a sentence (TEM uses electron beam, short wavelength, so greater resolution. Optical uses light, long wavelength, so poor resolution). It's basically the same but it looks like a sentence now.
