Next week is the Commonwealth Games taking place on the Gold Coast, I really do enjoy watching it as it is a bit different from the Olympics, is anyone else looking forward to it? What event are you most looking forward to seeing? Below is a little article about how the Commonwealth Games work

Think because in July it is winter in Australia

Currently watching the opening ceremony properly. My highlight so far is when they mixed digereedoo with rap.:cool:

The amount of 'swimming' events is an absolute joke.... just to inflate Australia's medal tally as they are one of the only countries in the Commonwealth to have ability to spend money on aquatics. Like 57 medals just in swimming in 2014.. :colonhash:
