Please could somebody help me with this question for WHSmith.

All I could think of was something along the lines of a difficult customer but I've already got that covered in "how would you deal with a difficult customer!"

You can still mention a difficult customer. Mention a specific difficult customer you have encountered- what happened and what you did in that situation to deal with it.
