Can someone explain the difference .
From what I understood at functional it relates to 4ps ,targeting , positioning in order to achieve a marketing goal only .
Whilst orientation guides the organisations overall activities and relates to identifying consumers needs and wants and delivering value . Which also involves strategies such as market penetration , market development , product development and diversification. Is this correct? Does this mean it is consumer driven or is it more than that ?
