Which one of the two prom dresses should I get?

First one! Thought the second one is cool and mermaidy. You’d stick out in it so it would take a lot of confidence to pull off while the first one is a safe choice, guaranteed to look bomb.
Definitely the first one and you won't have to go all out on the makeup and hair, the dress will speak for itself :smile:
