Liverpool or Glasgow? I can't decide

I'm currently a 12th grader in Mongolia. Going to study in UK this September. So I've decided to do Foundation Year in Business and Humanities, and my progression degree in Marketing ( with a year in industry ). I applied to University of Glasgow and University of Liverpool and got my offers just yesterday.
I feel like the University of Glasgow is definitely the better university compared to Liverpool. Based on the ranking and the reputation, Glasgow is better. I just don't know about living in Scotland. I'm way more familiar with England and Liverpool.
What do you guys think? Give me an advice on which uni I should choose! Thanks

Scotland and England are virtually the same tbh, the currency and language and pretty much everything about these countries are similar and both part of the United Kingdom. Pick based on the universities so looks like Glasgow’s your best bet.
