When learning vocab for GCSE languages at foundation level, am I expected to know the foundation AND higher vocab from the spec or just the higher vocab?

Generally knowledge from the foundation GCSE is implied in the higher GCSE. The former lacks the more challenging topics and emphasises the simpler ones more.
