20 marker in Geography

Does anyone know how to answer a 20 marker for geography for
Edexcel, specifically I want to try and answer the following question:
'Evaluate the factors which may lead to national borders being contested'
However, I have no idea how to answer the question or what needs to be included within a 20 marker.
Anyone have any ideas?
