Read b4 asking "Will I get in?"!

Ok yes I asked that question too and I have decided to apply. I got 5Bs 2As and 2A*s at GCSE and four A grades at AS (but not in "ideal" subjects) and I'm applying!!! All you people with all As and A*s and ten thousand A-Levels...for gods sake apply! The odds are against you but they are against EVERYONE. If you don't apply you'll never know either way and you will always think what if! And they have to let someone in and it could be you! Also.....you all make me feel really bad about my grades so stopit!!!!!!!

Hehehehehe lovely Fluffmonster! I posted exactly the same reply in exactly the same tone and intentions and irritation as you weeks ago in another thread - one of those "will I get in?" threads. Totally agree. Though it doesn't keep me from freaking out And don't feel bad about your grades. At GCSE I got one C - although that's in German so that doesn't really matter. For AS I got a C in Chemistry and I'm hoping to get into Natural Science at Cambridge yaks! And will probably be predicted a B cus I was a mark off a B I only have two sciences - bio and chem, A in bio, and I take art, which Cambridge does not take seriously and I'm not even sure all colleges accept it.

I'm applying too So don't feel bad. Already by the sounds of things you have a much higher chance of getting in than I have. Let's hope we both get in eh? I'm expecting a rejection, but what the heck, no harm trying

I'm really getting more convinced by the day that Cambridge is for academic but random people! Honestly I've heard people decide on a college on the basis of it having ducks *quack* (and I'm one of them, though not decided) hehehehehe (I'm a watch *tick tick tick* *BAAAAH*)

LOL!!! U are even more like me!!! I also did Art AS (got a B) and Business Studies AS (A) which they dont see as "real" subjects... and I'm applying for ECO!!!! however I'm predicted AAA (Maths, Physics and Business Studies)

All the universities I'm applying for ask for AAA ... but I mean... if i dont get in the best universities in England.. I'm just studying in Madrid and that's it! Well... If i get just 1 offer from those universities (Bath, Cam, Warwick, LSE, UCL and Nottingham) I will be VERY HAPPY!!! actually my final decision of the college was that I did like the name Queens' as the apostrophe is after the S lol!!!!
