Hi,

So currently I'm studying land law and have my exam in June. But I just cannot seem to get my head around Registered/unregistered land & interest in land etc etc just doesn't make sense

Doesn't anyone have any tips for land law revision? And how to memorise cases and sections

Diagram. "If not this, then this ... or this ..."

As land law, at least the part you're looking at, is very procedural you need to have a process or method to deal with it. I personally avoided the topic of registration and focussed on mortgages, adverse possession, leases, easements and covenants as they were more engaging topics. Maybe you should spot questions which might come up so you can avoid the mundane procedural questions.

Registered/unregistered land is quite a big topic area, with interests falling in within that. Interests themselves such as an easement are topics of themselves. What aspects are you particularly unsure of?

Mostly the different types of Interests in land and equitable Interests. Still trying to get to my head around it all - seems to be slowly making sense
