Migrant Worker Loan - which sections?
Hello,
I have printed the PN1 form, but there is nothing mentioned about the Migrant Worker Loan, only the Maintenance Loan. I was wondering, which sections from that form exactly do I have to complete in order to apply as a migrant worker myself?

Hi andreeapr,
If you are apply to Student Finance as a Migrant Worker it would be the full PN1 application that your are required to complete.
The loan that you would be applying for is the Maintenance Loan with tuition fees, there is not a 'Migrant Worker Loan' it is the same application as a 'Home' student.
Section 3 of the PN1 under residence status asks question about working in the UK. This would then be passed to the Migrant worker team to review your eligibility .
