cpg text books, specimen papers on the aqa website and mygcsescience on yt (old spec free which has basically the same content, or you pay for the 9-1 videos)
This website has just launched - https://senecalearning.com - it's on beta phase so still a bit tricky to navigate - but it covers the 3 sciences plus a section on the practicals. It presents info very visually and then tests you as you go along, and it's free!

It is tricky to find - you need to click on one of the options on the home page and then a drop down box appears and you can find all the courses they offer.
You may need to sign up to find the courses though - I think I found it cos I'm logged on
Seneca Learning is definitely a good resource and free! If you sign up, you get to keep track of your progress and unlock new features as you do more and more courses. But you can access all the courses without signing up.
