I got a text from my bank saying they’ll upgrade my account to a student one if I send my 16 digit UCAS code. Where can I find the 16 digit code? The only code I can find is my personal ID which is easy considering I obviously log in with it. Will the 16 digit code have been emailed to me or do I need to look elsewhere?

1. go into ucas track (this is only available if you've sent off your ucas)
2. there's a big yellow box saying "opening a student bank account?"
3. in the bottom right of that box there is your 16 digit code.
