When the examiner asks whether the address is your current address, remember to say No. At the end of the test, when you've passed, they should ask again. Because it's not the correct address, you will have to get a form D1 (you can order it from DVLA website or pick one up in a main post office) and complete that and send it with your provisional licence and pass certificate to DVLA.
Would suggest sending it at least recorded delivery, but I always use Special Delivery, as you will then have proof that it was delivered to the DVLA.
