I am not sure whether this would get all the marks but it should give you an idea of some of the concepts.

Supply a loudspeaker that emits sound waves of wavelength 0.10m with electricity from the mains supply by plugging it into a wall socket and place loudspeaker that emits sound waves of wavelength 0.10m in front of a slit e.g a gap under a door, with width comparable to the wavelength of a sound wave 0.10m emitted from a loudspeaker to ensure significant diffraction is possible, and position a human on the other side of the slit not too far away from the slit, so that the sound wave intensity doesn't reduce too much, and not in the line of sight from the position of the speaker through the slit e.g to the left or right of the door and close to the wall that is connected to the door.

If a sound wave of wavelength 0.10m emitted from a loudspeaker can't be diffracted sound waves of wavelength 0.10m emitted from a loudspeaker would travel along the line of sight from the speaker through the slit and with the person not in the line of sight from the speaker through the slit the sound waves of wavelength 0.10m emitted from a loudspeaker would not reach their ears and thus they wouldn't hear a sound wave of wavelength 0.10m emitted from a loudspeaker and thus if the person does hear a sound wave of wavelength 0.10m emitted from a loudspeaker then you would have demonstrated that a sound wave of wavelength 0.10m emitted from a loudspeaker can be diffracted.
