From someone who has gotten an A in biology AS, what method did u you use for revision?

I got an A in AS biology. First I made notes from the textbook and then I made loads of flash cards from my condensed notes. I would go through them every chance I got like on the train, bus etc. Then I did loads of past paper questions.
