Physician Associate Help - Funding

So im currently in second year of biomedical science and im thinking of doing the physician associate course at manchester once i complete my degree. i really like the sound of it and i first thought that the north west diplomas such as liverpool uclaan and manchester were all nhs funded but on the course page now it says the tuition fees are 9000 a year? i just dont understand how it works after i complete the undergrad degree as i wont be able to receive funding for this so how do they expect me to pay the 9000 a year?

Does anyone know if these courses are still given support from the nhs or has that changed
