Has the evidence processing time for Migrant Worker Team changed? It's been 10 working days since my evidence should be received but there is no change on my account. I'll appreciate your answer.

Thank you.

Hi 1993student2017,

Working days does not include weekends and public holidays, currently the estimated processing timescale is twelve working days.

If we received your evidence on March 31, 2018,
this means I would expect your evidence to be reviewed by the Migrant Worker team by tomorrow and you should see an update on your online account by Thursday, April 19.

Regards Rona
