Hi everyone. I have been wanting to start a fitness blog since forever!
I want to share my journey with you, I hope in some ways you guys will keep me motivated so I am consistent.
I am a 14-year-old girl and have had a passion for fitness and well being. Although I'm quite naive to the fitness world so I hope the more experienced ones out there can help me!
I have run cross country competitions
I swim for a club
I have played in badminton tournaments
Athletics, swimming, and badminton are my chosen sports for GCSE PE.
