Ten days to respond to conditional offer?

I have a conditional from Anglia Ruskin but I'm still applying to other universities to do a masters in software engineering.
In the email they said I have ten days to respond to their offer.

If I accept this offer does that mean I can't apply to any other unis?
I don't know anyone who has studied a masters so any advice would be great. Thanks!

You can accept as many masters offers as you like. The only thing to watch out for is if they ask for a non refundable deposit - in which case ask them to extend the deadline for accepting the offer.
